We therefore encourage employees to report violations or incidents that do not comply with our Code of Conduct. An example can be when it does not help to report to one&#8217;s manager or if the information relates to the manager or another related person. This is all to ensure that we do not deviate from our principles in any way, or in any part of the company.<\/p>\n<p><b>Responsible business conduct<\/b><br \/>\nTo ensure that we do business in a responsible manner, we have created the Materia Code of Conduct. It clarifies that we work in accordance with our core values. It also solidifies our strategy to protect human rights, encourage fair working conditions, fight corruption and contribute to the long-term sustainability of society in our daily operations.<\/p>\n<p><b>Complying with laws and regulations<\/b><br \/>\nIt is an absolute requirement that all domestic and international partners, as well as employees of the organisation, respect and comply with relevant domestic and international legislation. The same applies to standards and Materia\u2019s regulations.<\/p>\n<p><b>Simple and secure reporting channel<\/b><br \/>\nWe offer a secure reporting channel that is simple to use. Naturally, you can choose to remain completely anonymous. In addition, you can rest assured that all information is handled in a strictly confidential manner by a carefully selected team. Materia guarantees that your report will be processed and that appropriate measures will be taken.
