Amis is made for environments where people meet for conversations, breaks and spontaneous get-togethers. The name Amis (pronounced ah-mee) means “friends” in French and reflects the idea of creating spaces for community. The soft, rounded design gives a welcoming expression, while the slim format makes the Amis easy to place in open working environments, canteens and project rooms. Amis consists of a two-seater sofa and a bar stool that can be used either separately or together. With a seat height of 630 mm, adapted for tables with a height of 900 mm, the Amis has been developed for active sitting where the focus is on flexibility and interaction. The frame in the seat is made of FSC®-labelled wood from responsible forestry. Frame made of bent steel tubing in Colours by Materia (CbM).
