Marie Oscarsson holds a master’s degree in Interior Architecture and Furniture Design from the University of Arts, Crafts and Design (Konstfack), as well as craft training in wood and metal from Steneby School. She runs her own company called MOM designstudio. Marie designs interiors and furniture with the intention of creating environments that make an impression through colours, shapes and materials. She believes that the settings should be user-friendly and human, and is happy to work in close collaboration with the client. Marie designs well-thought-out, sustainable furniture series that can be combined in different ways, or that can create a room within a room. Her design language is often organic, with soft shapes and exciting fusions of materials.
